Your Role in Making a Difference

As a Domestic and Family Violence Assessment and Response Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing individualised support to victims of domestic and family violence. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and well-being of women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop safety plans, and connect them with essential resources and services to help them navigate through challenging times.

Your Profile

Are you a compassionate individual with a strong background in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field? Do you have a passion for working with vulnerable populations and a drive to make a positive impact in your community?

  • 3-year degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or similar OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals in domestic violence situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
