Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a vital role in providing high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This position encompasses executive coordination, governance support, and organisational administration, playing a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and sound judgement, managing multiple priorities while fostering productive relationships within the organisation and the wider community.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Governance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing executive-level documentation
  • Knowledge of governance principles and compliance requirements, preferably in the community services sector

Salary & Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $46.70 - $50.25 in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) Level 4, along with salary packaging options. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet organisational needs, with a schedule that may range from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Up to $3,000 relocation support available and staff housing.
