Position Overview
Candidate Profile
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or actively working towards a relevant qualification

Demonstrated experience providing personal care and behaviour support to participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of participants
Pattern of Work
- Permanent Part-Time position available as either:
- One employee working 144 hours per 28-day lifestyle roster, or
- Two employees working an alternating week-on/week-off rotating roster (72 hours) within the 28-day cycle
Shift Hours: Day Shift (6am - 4pm) | Night Shift (4pm - 6am - including a sleepover period)

- Week 1
Monday to Wednesday (Day)
Friday to Sunday (Night) - Week 2
Friday to Sunday (Night) - Week 3
Tuesday to Thursday (Night)
Sunday (Day) - Week 4
Monday and Tuesday (Day)
Thursday to Saturday (Night)
Total Hours: 144

Salary & Benefits
This permanent part-time position offers a competitive salary in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) at Level 2, ranging from $34.58 to $37.73 per hour, along with salary packaging options available.
