Our services encompass Foster Care, Residential Care, Youth & Family Services, Domestic and Family Violence Services, and Disability Services. We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and offer a comprehensive suite of support for people living with disabilities, including frontline support, Support Coordination, and Plan Management. Position Overview

The Roster Manager will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of a fast-paced roster system for Disability Support Workers. This position requires a high standard of transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency, with responsibilities including maintaining a bi-weekly roster projection and managing logistics for participant engagement activities.

Additionally, the Roster Manager will provide support to the Administration Assistant during their absence and will need to deliver a welcoming experience across all communication channels. Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in roster management or administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently utilise IT programs while demonstrating a commitment to compliance and the needs of our participants.

  • Qualifications in roster management or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data collection/rostering systems.
  • Understanding of the SCHADS Award and the NDIS or willingness to learn.
  • Possession of a Queensland Open Driver’s Licence and relevant screening checks.

With a strong emphasis on cultural awareness and time management, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.

Salary & Benefits

This position is offered as either Full Time (38 hours per week) or Part Time (negotiable), with flexible hours ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM to accommodate client needs. The salary is set at the Social and Community Services Worker Level 3.1 ($38.65) under the SCHADS Award, with the potential for salary packaging options.
