The Certificate III Community Services Traineeship is an opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience while working within the Staying on Track program, which focuses on reducing youth reoffending and aiding the reintegration of young individuals into their communities. This role involves providing supervised support and mentoring to participants, contributing to their development and success.
As a trainee, you will work closely with the Connections Team, assist in program delivery, and complete mandatory training modules within an 18-month timeframe.

This traineeship program aims to provide young people and disadvantaged job seekers with opportunities to gain a nationally recognised qualification and 18 months of paid employment by undertaking a subsidised traineeship.

Please note that people who have already completed a Certificate III Qualification in the same stream may not be eligible for the traineeship. Those who hold a Certificate IV or above will also not be eligible.
