We are offering 2 Certificate III Community Services Traineeship positions based in Murgon. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to kickstart your career in community services, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that benefit those in need.

As a Trainee at CTC, you will have the chance to work closely with community members, learn from experienced professionals, and develop essential skills that will set the foundation for a successful career in the field of community services.

This traineeship program aims to provide young people and disadvantaged job seekers with opportunities to gain a nationally recognised qualification and 12-24 months of paid employment by undertaking a subsidised traineeship.

This Traineeship is funded under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work First Start (Community) program, please note as this is a funded program eligibility criteria will apply. 

Please note that people who have already completed a Certificate III Qualification in the same stream may not be eligible for the traineeship. Those who hold a Certificate IV or above will also not be eligible. 

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
