With a focus on Foster Care, Residential Care, Youth & Family Services, Domestic and Family Violence Services, Disability Services, and the Gumnut Place Social Enterprise, CTC serves the South Burnett area through multiple locations.

Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educator, you will work closely with families to enhance parent-child relationships, school readiness and overall early childhood development. Your role will involve supporting parents in the Parents as Teachers and 123 Magic parenting programs and fostering positive outcomes for children through empathetic and solution-focused interactions.

Requirements

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Demonstrated industry experience in Early Childhood Education or relevant area
  • Ability to engage with and support families effectively
  • Compassionate and solutions-focused approach to working with parents
