South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is a respected not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals of all backgrounds and ages. With a wide range of services including Foster Care, Youth & Family Services, and Disability Services, CTC operates across multiple locations in the South Burnett area.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for promoting a culture of safety and a strong commitment to the community services industry. 

Position Responsibilities

As a Risk Management Coordinator at CTC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organisation's risk management framework, overseeing risk registers, supporting WHS Representatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety, review and implement risk management policies, conduct incident investigations, and manage insurance claims. Additionally, you will lead and support projects across the organisation with a focus on risk management.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience in risk management
  • Qualifications in risk management, workplace health and safety or related discipline
  • Experience in the community service sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Salary & Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary based on the SCHADS Level 5 ($49.28 per hour) + not-for-profit salary packaging.
