With a wide range of services including Foster Care, Youth & Family Services, and Disability Services, CTC operates across multiple locations in the South Burnett area.

Position Responsibilities
As a Risk Management Coordinator at CTC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organisation's risk management framework, overseeing risk registers, supporting WHS Representatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety, review and implement risk management policies, conduct incident investigations, and manage insurance claims. Additionally, you will lead and support projects across the organisation with a focus on risk management.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience in risk management
- Qualifications in risk management, workplace health and safety or related discipline
- Experience in the community service sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Salary & Benefits
This position offers an attractive salary based on the SCHADS Level 5 ($49.28 per hour) + not-for-profit salary packaging.
