About South Burnett CTC Inc
South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals of all backgrounds and ages. With a wide range of services including Foster Care, Youth & Family Services, and Disability Services, CTC operates across multiple locations in the South Burnett area.
In order to continue our investment in our organisation, our people and our community, we are seeking a Finance & Corporate Services Manager to join our team, based in Kingaroy.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance & Corporate Services Manager will drive and oversee a variety of critical functions including financial reporting, policy development, asset management and risk management. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the sustainable future of CTC by promoting collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
This position will be responsible for ensuring best practice project management, asset management (IT, fleet, land and buildings), take the lead in funding applications and tenders, and contributing to the overall governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, and finance
- Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in community services is highly desirable
- Strong communication and leadership skills
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $124,843.68 - $129,763.92 p.a. in line with Level 8 of the SCHADS Award. The successful candidate will also have access to not-for-profit salary packaging and opportunities for training and development.
